Here’s how you do it:

Step 1. Complete this letter of authorization.

Step 2. Email a copy of the above to rmartin@lightbearers.com (Rebekah Martin).

Step 3. Provide the form to your broker. If your financial institution requires use of their own form please provide them with the following instructions:
